The hotel is well situated in a prime area on the embankment of the river Nemunas, with everything close by, such as shops, cafes and restaurants. Guests can also enjoy beautiful river views from their room. the staff provide very good service and the rooms are clean and well lit.

It seems that the interior of the hotel is outdated and the bathrooms need improvement, such as better controls for hot and cold water.

The isolation of the hotel was poor, as we could clearly hear conversations and footsteps from the neighbouring rooms. The showerhead could have been cleaner, as water was not flowing through it easily. The pillows were too small for our liking as well.
